Garcia’s fundraising haul surpasses the field in the race for AD-50

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Etiwanda School Boardmember Robert Garcia’s bid for California State Assembly AD-50 has gained notable momentum as he announces a remarkable cash-on-hand total of $176,000 for the first half of 2023. The June 30th deadline is critical in California to showcase overall viability, in which Garcia lists over 140 unique donors reflecting a groundswell of grassroots community support. The latest campaign reports are now publicly available as of July 31st, 2023, but this early showing highlights Garcia’s pathway to victory and ability to secure the Democratic party endorsement. This impressive fundraising achievement and endorsement of California Majority Leader Emeritus Eloise Gómez Reyes firmly establishes Garcia as the clear frontrunner in the three-person race for the assembly seat.

“Having called AD-50 my home for the past 17 years, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities faced by our community,” Garcia stated. “Throughout my years of public service, my main goal has always been to foster a better future for our children, families, and neighbors. The overwhelming support and generosity from our community underscore the urgent need for positive change in AD-50.”
